マクロな毎日

25日の朝6時、安曇野市にある自宅玄関先の外気温はマイナス15℃！新聞を取りに出て、空を見上げたら北アルプスの上に月が浮かんでいて、とても美しかったので、ポケットのコンパクトデジカメで震えながら写しました。

村越＠胡蝶庵です。昨年後半より両親の介護が生活の中心となり、勉強会にも出席できず、Zukudasのみなさまにもご無沙汰しております。

幸いにもネットショップの運営は若いスタッフに任せられるようになったので、時間の許す時は、商品のイメージ写真などを撮影しています。

安曇野市では昨年から安曇野ブランドの育成の1つとして『信濃黒』という黒豆の栽培とその商品化を促進する動きがあります。

胡蝶庵でもその動きに協力して昨年末に収穫された『信濃黒』をお茶やお菓子に加工して販売を始めました。

写真はその『信濃黒』をスイスのリンツ社製ホワイトチョコと京都宇治の森半の抹茶で包んだ「黒豆de抹茶チョコ」という胡蝶庵オリジナルのお菓子です。ほろ苦い抹茶のおいしさがわかる大人のチョコとして、このバレンタインデー商戦になんとか間に合いそうです。

小さな黒豆のお菓子を大きく撮るマクロな毎日なので世の中の動きに疎くなりつつあります。
