土用の丑の日
今日は、土用の丑の日。
暑い時期を乗り切るべく栄養をつけるために鰻を食べる日！
なんですが、なぜか寒い・・・
雷がなって雨がザーザー降っています。
でも鰻は食べておかないと！
本当は、美味しいと評判の専門店「うなぎ本間」＠松本市蟻ヶ崎 の鰻を食べたいところですが、今日は買いに行かれず残念。
普通のスーパーで買った鰻です。
本間の鰻はちゃんと暑い日に食べることにします。
それにしても、こんなに気温が上がらない土用の丑の日も珍しいように思います。
鰻屋さんやスーパーなど見込違いだったかもしれませんね。
夜遅くにスーパー行けば半額になった鰻がいっぱいあるかも？^^;

「本間」は、鯉も美味しいですね。
ところで、スーパーの安売りうなぎを美味しく食べるテクですが、私の方法をお教えします。
１、フライパンにクッキングシートを敷き、火をつける
２、クッキングシートの上にうなぎをのせる
３、結構多めに料理酒を振りかけながら入れ、蓋をして蒸し焼きにする
４、お酒がなくなって蒸しあがったら、蓋をはずし、残っている水分を飛ばし、タレをかけ火を止める
５、ご飯の上にうなぎをのせ、温まったタレもかけてうな丼の出来上がり
簡単ですが、安いうなぎもそれなりにいただけます。
でも、この肌寒さでは盛り上がりませんね。しかもどしゃ降りの雨。
もう8月になっちゃうし、いつ熱くなるの？って感じですね。
