胡蝶庵さんの『レアチーズ生どら焼き』
本日当番の小松です。
当番の時はなるべく本業に関わることを書きたいと思うのですが、今回もなかなか題材が見つかりません．．．
最近のことで、嬉しかった友人の一言を書きます。
先日、学生時代の友人と食事をしました。
『この前貰ったお菓子、とっても美味しかったよ！！』と会うなり言われました。
友人の5月の誕生日に、胡蝶庵さんの『レアチーズ生どら焼き』を買って持って行きました。
胡蝶庵さんが松本寿店を出されて以来、何かと利用させて頂いています。
『あまりにも美味しかったので、貰ったあと、また直ぐに買いに行ったの。』
と、更なる言葉を聞いて、ついつい、自分のことのようにニンマリ．．．。
そんなある日のことでした。

小松様、ありがとうございます。レアチーズどら焼きは私も大好きなので、とてもうれしいです。帰ったらお菓子工房のどら班スタッフに伝えます。みんなとても喜び、これからの励みになることでしょう。
私は静岡のお茶畑の写真を撮影するために安曇野を今朝出発し、夕食に海の幸をタップリいただき、ちょっと面白いバーでカクテルをいただいて、今静岡駅近くのホテルでブログを読んでいます。
そのバーでいただいた紅光というトマトジュースを使ったブラディマリーでしたたかに酔っているので、そのバー「ソルティティドッグ」の紹介は今はできませんが、そのバーのマスターの氷へのこだわりには魅せられました。
お客様に楽しい時間を過ごしてもらうためにカクテルの氷１つにこだわるマスターの気持ちには大いに学ぶところがありました。
