大瑠璃セレクションでお取り寄せ
少し前のことになりますが、綾子舞本舗タカハシのロールケーキ、大瑠璃セレクションでお取り寄せしてみました。
小麦粉ではなく米粉を使って手作りしたロールケーキ、プレーンと抹茶です。
プレーンは、生クリームとカスタードクリーム、抹茶は生クリームとあずきが入っています。
なんだかずっしり感があり生地はしっとり、大好きな生クリームがたっぷり入っていてお味も濃厚、とっても美味しかったです。
今度は・・・暑い夏に美味しそうなお菓子、物色中です。(^^)

米粉、なんかずっしり感がありお腹にたまるというか腹もちがいいというか、そんな感じですよ。
あまり暑くなるとまったり甘いものが苦しくなってきますよね。
ちょっとひんやり涼しげな甘いものあるかしら？と思っているところです。
