Vistaの展望はいかに？
Winodws Vistaもパッケージが店頭に並ぶようになって、はや一ヶ月です。例によって発売日に深夜販売をした店もあり、そのときはそこそこ売れたようですね。でも、その後の販売は低迷していると聞いています。
パソコンをある程度使い込んでいる方は、「Vista？必要ないね」なんていう方も少なくないようです。私も今のところ必要ありません。何せ、いまだに自宅のデスクトップPCはXPでさえありません、Windows2000です。これでも本当に「困った！」ということはありません。
私takasunaの場合、「必要ない」と言いつつ、実は負け犬の遠吠え的なニュアンスが少々含まれています。自宅のPCでは、Vistaの全機能を使うことができません。Vistaがさくさく動くPCであればVistaをインストールしているかもしれません。
しかし、いろいろな情報によると、いろいろな機器が十分に動かせないという事態も発生しているようですから、やっぱり今はVistaは使わないでしょう。
その他にも、Vistaを導入するのをためらわせることがあります。それは「バージョンがたくさんありすぎる」こと。どれを買えばいいのやら･･･
さて、VistaがWindowsPCの大半を占めるようになるのはいつのことでしょうか？

ネットワークセキュリティ専門の会社の方が、Vistaはまだ仕事場のネットワークには加えない方がよい、と言っていました。専門家でもまだよく問題点と対策を把握していないそうです。いまやPCはネットワークで使う方が多いので、私の場合は、かなりメリットがないとVistaをネットワークに加えないでしょう。しばらくは。
