インスト的 Ｏｆｆｉｃｅチップ #08
いよいよ明日ですね！
Windouws Vista と Office2007の発売。
Officeに関しては早いうちにマスターしないと、、、という感じで少しあせっています。
というのは、購入したとしても導入に耐えられるマシンを持っていないから･･･
ベータ版を自分のノートに入れたら、それはそれは大変な事態でした。（動きがとても すろ～ になってしまったのです。(ノ◇≦。) ビェーン!! ）
Vista用のPCを購入しなさい！ってことを言われているようでそれが切ない。
拡張するためのパーツを買うより、きっとその方が安いんでしょうね。
もう少し検討・・・・です。
それでは、本題へ、、
【Wordのカスタマイズ】 フォントのツールバーを作る
私は、仕事柄文書を作成するにしても、フォントにこだわってしまう方です。
専門のアプリを使っていれば、フォントの選択も苦にならないのですが、Ｗｏｒｄの場合は少し手間に感じます。ドロップダウンリストから探すのが、面倒なのです。
自分のよく使うフォントがボタンで用意されていればいいのに･･･
そこで、私が行ったのは、独自のツールバーをつくること、なのです。
Ｗｏｒｄを起動した状態から書きます。
１．[ツール]メニュー → [ユーザー設定] をクリック
２．[ツールバー]タブ をクリック
３．右上の[新規作成]ボタンをクリックし、作成するツールバーの名前を入力
４．ＯＫをクリック（画面上にツールバーが表示されます）
５．そのまま、[コマンド]タブ をクリック
６．分類の中の ［フォント］ をクリック
７．右側に自分のＰＣに入っているフォントの一覧が表示されるのでよく利用するフォントを、４で作成されたツールバー上にドラッグ（どんどんドラッグして追加！）
８．使うフォントをツールバーに登録できたら、[閉じる]をクリックして終了
※ ツールバーを閉じてしまったら、ツールバー上で右クリックして表示してください。
私は、フォントの種類ごと作ってしまっています。
一度手間をかけてしまえば、あとの作業は楽チンＶ(○⌒∇⌒○) ルンルン
もし私と同じことを感じた方がいらっしゃったらお試しあれ！（いないかなぁ～？）

日本語用フォントは「MS UI Gothic」、
英数字用は「Century Cothic」。
こだわりが大してありませんｗ
私がよく使う機能は「セクション区切り」ですかね～
マクロで登録して、
ニコニコマークでツールバーに鎮座させてますｗ

そうですよね～
フォントに対するこだわりは、フォントにこだわらなければならない仕事をする以外、必要ないですよね。
フォントをたくさん入れると、ドロップダウンリストの反応も悪くなるし･･･( ▽|||)
カスタマイズは人それぞれですよね(^_-)
セクション区切りかぁ～～ 本当に人それぞれですね。
ところで、Office2007ではツールバーがクイックツールバーとかいう名前になって、右クリックで表示するみたいですが、そこにボタンを登録するのかしら??
また、検証してみよ(^_^)
