ボジョレ・ヌーヴォーの解禁近し
その年の秋に収穫された葡萄のみで造られるワインの事で、つまり新酒を表します。
現在、日本はドイツを抜いて世界一のヌーヴォ輸入国です。毎年 11月の第3木曜日(今年は11月16日)が解禁日 で、収穫年の秋に楽しめる季節の風物詩となっています。
加えて、フランス ブルゴーニュ地方 ボジョレー地区でガメイ種という葡萄を原料に造られたワインが“ボジョレ・ヌーヴォー”です。
予約商戦盛んなボジョレ・ヌーヴォーですが、
実は、このワインで最優先されるのは“発売日”です。その為に、輸送は飛行機を使い、価格の半分近くはその費用で、解禁日に間に合わせる為に犠牲にされるものも多々あります。
価格は2,000円～3,000円ですが、高いものの方が良く売れます。
この時期の選択肢として、今年は同じご予算で“おいしい”を優先してみませんか！
今飲み頃の魅力溢れるワインを楽しんでみては、とご提案しています。
また、産地が南仏で収穫の早い畑の葡萄から造った新酒“ヌーヴォ”を船便で輸入することで、品質を保ち、“低価格”という嬉しい選択肢も入れてみました。
本家の“ボジョレ・ヌーヴォー”は、『自然派』のワインを選びましたが、始めて入れる生産者で私自身も楽しみにしています。
このワインを提案してくれたフランス在住30年のI氏とは大変好みが合うのです。この方のセレクトした自然派ワインに魅せられて虜になった次第です。

深澤さん、“ボジョレ・ヌーヴォー解禁”という宣伝は良く目にします。私はワインの美味しさもよくわからない不調法なのですが、香しい雰囲気は良いですね。ところで先日おっしゃっていた「ぶたまん」の話はどうなったのですか。

なんとか生きております。
長ぁ～く、暗ぁ～いトンネルをやっと抜けて、
やっと外の日差しを浴びて、生き返ったぁ～という感じです。
ワインって時間が立てばたつほどいいのだと思ってて、
ヌーヴォーは、新酒のお祝いのために飲むもので、
おいしいとかは別問題だと聞いておりました。
ワインでも、新しいものがおいしいという、飲み方があるんですね。
お酒のあんまり飲めない私でも、少しは試してみたい気分です。(^ ^)
＃ちなみに、深澤さん！例のお水、効果ありましたか？

やあー 恥ずかしい！ そうでしたね、お水の話しましたよね。結果ですが、体重は変わらないのですが、今日までに3人から少し痩せた？と言われました。 これって微妙ですね。はっきりと数字に表れてきたらハッピー報告します。

神戸に『豚まん』の試食に行く前夜に、お食事をしましたね。
“美味しい”です！
安全･安心、そして大事な“美味しい”を追求して、梅山猪とバークシャー(黒豚)との交配種である沼津・牛山ポークの生産と販売をしている牛山さんの豚肉と、淡路の玉葱を使って作った『豚まん』なのです。
ご縁があってお付き合いのある牛山さんの豚肉で作った自信作とのことでしたので、神戸まで行っちゃいました。
1ヶ 500円 の『豚まん』です。
定番の豚まんは 200円 もあります。
200円でも、充～分おいしいので、先日の取り寄せは200円を多めに注文をしたのですが、比べたらやっぱり500円はおいしい！ んですよ。
皮もちょっと甘くてこれまたオイシイです。
当店の今年のお歳暮でおすすめしますが、反応は如何に？
こちらも、結果報告します。
もちろん豚まん、おいしいのですが、この豚肉が凄いのです。
茹豚をしていて一切臭い匂いがしてきません。
旨みがあって、脂身を牛山さんは白身と言ってますが、この脂が甘くてサラリとしていて、まいう～です。
茹でる、焼く、炒める、というシンプルな調理が活きます。
こんな話していて、ダイエット･･･無理かも
