やっぱり秋は

クレモナから初めての投稿です。
何回かのお当番をパスさせてもらい・・・
今日こそは。果たして今日中に間に合うかどうか。

先日、友達からたっくさんの栗をいただきました。
おぉ！なんておいしそう！
が、しかし、クレモナさんは一応主婦なのですが、ちょー適当主婦なので
このたっくさんの栗さんたちとどうお付き合いしてよいのか
ちょっと迷ってしまいました。

とりあえず、ちょー適当に軽くゆで、一個一個包丁で皮をむき
何かもっと他に簡単にできる方法があるんじゃないかと思いながらも
せっせと作業をし、炊き込みご飯にしたら、りっぱな栗ご飯の出来上がり！！
栗がごろごろ入ったおいしい栗ご飯をおなかいっぱいいただきました（＾-＾）

で、週末にはこれまたお友達から、マツタケ採れたから食べにおいで～
とのお誘いが・・・
なんて贅沢！！マツタケのホイル焼きが～一人丸々一本ずつ！
お醤油をちょこっとかけていただきます。
ジューシーなマツタケの香りが口の中いっぱいに広がって(＾.^）
あんど、天ぷらまで。これはお塩を少々振って。そしてお吸い物。　
画像でお見せできないのが残念です。

やっぱり秋は・・・おいしい！！

でも、mtがいまだに設置できません・・
mt-check.cgiではOKなのに・・・
