秋刀魚
昨日、新さんまを食べました。
身が厚く脂ものっていてたいへん美味しかったです。
この頃は、秋でなくてもスーパーに行けばさんまが売られてますけど・・・やっぱり季節を感じながら食べると、美味しさも違う気がしました。
食欲の秋
これから、果物やキノコや、秋の味覚がぞくぞく登場してきますね。
「美味しい！」だけでなく、季節も感じながら味わいたいと思います。
窪田さんじゃないですが、ホントにダイエットどころじゃないですね～。
