お月見の準備
村越＠お茶元みはら胡蝶庵です。エントリー3日目。今日をクリアしないと三日坊主にもなれません。
今日はお月見について。
お月見は旧暦の8月15日にお月様を鑑賞する行事で、この日の月は特別に「中秋の名月」、「十五夜」と呼ばれています。
お月見は、お団子やお餅、里芋などのお菓子やススキをお供えして月を眺め、豊作や無病息災を祈る風習です。
お月見は旧暦で行う行事で、現在の太陽暦とは違う暦で行われます。古に中国から伝わった行事ですが、日本では旧暦8月15日だけでなく独自に旧暦9月13日にも月見をする風習があり、こちらは「十三夜」、「後の月」とも呼ばれています。「十三夜」には月見団子の他に栗や枝豆をお供えするようです。
今年の「中秋の名月」は10月6日、「十三夜」は11月3日です。お月見の日には、必ずしも満月にはならないようですが、秋の夜長にお菓子を味わいながらお月様を眺めるのは、ITによる迅速化・高効率化の時代には、特に大切にしたい優雅な風習です。
私たちは、このお月見のお菓子として、お団子ではなく生大福を味わっていただくべく、現在準備中です。「十五夜」には抹茶、「十三夜」には栗などいかがでしょう？
お月見用の大福セットを今準備していますが、いまスグという方には、とろける生大福の抹茶＆栗アソートパックも用意しています。
あっ・・・また宣伝になってしまった！ (^_^;
ネットが普及する前ではこのような情報を入手するのは大変でしたが、今では簡単に調べられていろいろ商品企画やイベントに活かせます。とてもありがたいです。そしてみんなで情報を提供し合うって素晴らしいことですね。
