プラスアルファを充実させる
アメリカの通信機器会社Cisco Systemsが先日発表した調査によると、あるアウトドアグッズの販売サイトが、Wal-Martなどの有名どころを抑えて、利用者の評価においてトップとなったそうです。（紹介記事とレポート(PDF) )
調査レポートではその理由を、「充実した基本機能に加えて、最新情報の提供、購買者レビューの充実といったプラスアルファがあること」としているようです。そしてこれからの小売サイトでは以下のようなことが必要だと説いています。
1.競争相手のサービスに細心の注意を払う
2.顧客ニーズと好みを把握するために、顧客により近いポジションを確保する
3.常にサイトを使いやすく改良する方法を模索する
4.顧客とコミュニケーションをとる有効な手段を用意する
WEBサイトがあるだけで差別化ができていた時代は、はるか昔。今は、サイトがあるのは当然、基本的なサービスとさらに発展したサービスまで必要なわけです。うかうかしてられませんよ。＞皆さん
