Webアクセシビリティについて

こんにちは。
やどつま(^ ^)でございます。

最近、Webアクセシビリティについて勉強しています。

Webアクセシビリティとは、できるだけ多くの人に対して、使いやすいように
配慮してWebサイトをデザインすることで、一般的なユニバーサルデザイン
や、バリアフリーといったものの考え方と似ています。
企業のイントラ内で使われる、Webアプリケーションを開発していると、
どうも、ユーザビリティやアクセシビリティの意識が薄く、
今まで、そういったことをほとんど意識して作っていなかったのですが、
いざ、勉強してみると、何も知らずに平気でWebアプリを
つくっていた自分に反省・・・です。

また、大手企業のホームページでも、アクセシビリティについて、
まったく意識せず作っている会社も少なくなくて、
まだまだ、浸透していないんだなぁ～と実感しました。

事務所のHPを新調する際には、最低限のアクセシビリティに
考慮して作り直したいと思います。

日立製作所が作成したWebユニバーサルデザインのガイドラインです。
とてもわかりやすく、詳細に書かれています。
