ささやかなストレス発散
こんにちは、宿澤（バカ旦那の方）です。
ＧＷも真っ盛りで、もう帰省ラッシュのニュースも入ってきています。ＧＷはビルのネットワークの設置・設定、顧問契約に関する提案、事務所缶詰でＧＷ明けから始めるセミナーラッシュの資料を作っています。おまけに明日も現場作業です･･･。
さすがにストレスが溜まってきたのか、昨夜は一人で外の公園で少しボーとしていました。このボーとするのが、意外とストレス発散になることは以前の記事にも書かせてもらいました。ストレス発散と言うのは、人それぞれのやり方があるみたいですね。他人には理解が不可能なものもあります。
私は、以前は酒があればストレス発散できて「明日から頑張ろう！」になっていました。でも医者に酒を止められてから、どうもストレスが発散できなくて困っています。そんな私でも、公演散歩以外に、最近ストレス発散になるとおもった事が２つほどありました。
先日、「ビルのネットワークの設置・設定」作業のためにルータやハブ、ケーブルを買出しに行きました。ネットワークの設定は本業ではないのですが、相手の社長が魅力的だったのと、将来のIT活用のビジネスでコラボできそうだったので作業しました。
その機器買出しの時に、自分用のポータブルHDを購入しました。40GBで8900円でした。私はパソコンの周辺機器が増えるとストレスが発散されるようです。ちょうど事務所にレーザプリンタを買おうと思っているので、これでもっとストレスが発散できるかもしれません。
もうひとつは今更ですがパソコンの壁紙です。よく男性でアイドルの壁紙をしている人がいますが、イマイチよくその気持ちがわかりませんでした。でも、昨日、エビちゃんのエビバーガーの壁紙をダウンロードしてきました。
画面いっぱいに、Word、PowerPoint、EXCEL、ブラウザ、メーラーを立ち上げて一心不乱に仕事をしています。当然、アプリに埋もれた壁紙の事なんか忘れています。ところがひと段落着いて、画面いっぱいのアプリを順番に落としていくと、壁紙のエビバーガーをもって、にっこり笑ったエビちゃんが現れます。こうして人は２次元の世界に堕ちていくのかと少しの不安を抱えながらも、やっぱり、笑顔は人を幸せにするんですね。ささやかなストレス発散になります。(*．．)
書いていて、少し寂しくなりましたが、でも私が見つけたささやかなストレス発散法です。変な人だと思わないでくださいね。
