人間ドック

金曜日担当の宿澤（夫）です。

先日、人間ドックに行ってきました。「いやだ、いやだ」と逃げていましたが、さすがに個人事業主で独立して病気になってしまってはいけないと思い、3月の終わりにしかたなく行ってきました。

予想通り、ボロクソに言われてしまいました。いえ、言い方は優しいのですが、心に突き刺さる言葉ばかりです。その日からすっかり気分が沈んでしまいました。

「もう、数値的には痛風になっていい数値です」
「肝臓になんかあります。なにかはわかりません。再検査を受けてください」
「お酒は駄目です。休肝日を週２日つくってってください」
「肉、魚、鶏、特に内臓系は駄目です」
「カニ、エビ、イクラはもってのほかです」

食べれるものが殆ど無くなってしまいました･･･。やっぱり、好きなものが体に悪いのですね。お酒も日を決めて止めるということができないので、飲み会以外は禁酒にしました･･･。

好きなものが食べれて、好きなお酒が呑めるというのは、以前は当たり前でしたが、何と幸せだったのでしょう。ストレスの発散が「食」と「飲み」になっていた私は、今、ストレスの発散の方法がわかりません。とりあえず今はストレスが溜まっている状態です。

先日、正式な人間ドックの結果が郵送されてきました。「要治療」と「再検査」がいくつかありました。ところが、４月は、土日も含めて、ずっと客先が続くので、再検査もいけません・・・。

うーん、やばいかなぁ。

ただ、とりあえずは人間ドックに行って、部分禁酒、食生活の改善ができました。とても寂しい生活になっていますが、体重も落ち始め、もしかしたら健康に向かっているのかもしれません。いや、絶対健康に向かっていると思います。

それで、一日もはやく、仕事の後に一杯のビールが飲めるようになりたいです。

みなさんもくれぐれも、健康には気をつけくださいね。

今日は、「やどの思う事」ではなく「やどの愚痴」になってしまいました。週末に暗い話題ですみません。私は、このブログで愚痴らせていただいたので、元気なりました^^/

酒が駄目、肉、魚、鶏、特に内臓系は駄目、カニ、エビ、イクラはもってのほか・・・いったい何を食べればいいのでしょう。もちろんトンカツもダメですよね。

でも、健康になれば、また食べられます。宿澤さん、頑張ってください。
元気になったら、軽井沢でやどつまさんとデートして、フレンチでもイタリアンでも思いっきり食べてください。

遅ればせながら．．．
やどさん、komatsuです。
人間ドックって本当に嫌ですよね。
思ってもいないことを突然指摘される訳ですから。
私も意外な指摘に落ち込んだこともありました。
私の年齢で指摘される箇所があっても、そう不思議ではありませんが、やどさんの年齢ではちょっと早すぎます。
食べることや飲むことを制限することって本当に大変ですが、頑張って下さいね。
