「やどの思うこと」わがままにスタート
みなさん、あけましておめでとうございます。宿澤経営情報事務所も生まれて１年がたちました（申請は2/1だけど･･･）。昨年はとても多くの良い出会いがありました。今年も多くの出会いを求めて、可能な限り、あちこち動き回りたいと思います。
この「ズクダス」ブログも、私の場合、何となく流れを読んでいない様で好き勝手な書き込みが多く、心を痛めていますが、結局、もっと自由な「やどの思うこと」なんていうカテゴリを高砂さんに作ってもらいました。ごめんなさい。「ズクダス」ブログに合わないような書き込みを始めたら、誰か注意してください。
年始の一回目は、私がいつも大切にしている言葉について書きます。いつもこんな小難しい話題を書こうと思っていないので、「やどの思うこと」一回目にして見限らないでくださいね。日程の関係で、年末のトリと、年始のスタートに書き込むので気が引けていますが、ご勘弁ください。
大切な言葉
その私の大切にしている言葉とは「戒驕戒躁（かいきょうかいそう）」です。他にもいろいろ大切な言葉があり、紙に書いて壁に貼ってあります。その中で一番上に書いてある言葉がこの言葉です。今年もこの言葉を口ずさみながら生きていこうと思っています。
難しそうな言葉ですが、２文字ずつ分解すると、「戒驕」は「驕ることを戒める」、「戒躁」は「躁ぐことを戒める」です。つまり意味は「驕らず焦らず騒がず、慎んで静かに堅実にやりなさい」ということです。
戒驕
私は、驕るような成功をおさめていないので、心配は無用だと思っていました。しかし、比較的仕事が順調な時などは「小さな驕り」が出てきていることに気づきます。本当に「小さな驕り」なのですが、これが蓄積され「大きな驕り」になったらおしまいだと思います。
また、自分ひとりで仕事をしていると、自分で自分の事を評価するので、評価が甘くなっている事があります。つまり「井の中の蛙」です。この状態は「驕り」が目の前を暗くしている状態なのだと思います。
戒躁
私は性格的に「焦躁（焦燥）の念」にかられていることが多くあります。「焦躁の念」とは思うように事が運ばなくていらいらすること、あせることです。特に事務所を立ち上げた当初は本当に思うようにことが運ばなくて焦っていました。ところがある社長さんから「損してでも人と会う機会をつくること、そして待つこと」と教えられ、それを守るようになってから、いろいろなことが少しずつ思うようになっていきました。
･･･とは言うものの、今でも殆どの事が思うようになっていません。でも「あせらず、ゆっくり、自分のペース」で事を運んだほうが、思うようにいく事が多いことを実感しているようです。
今年も「戒驕戒躁」でまっすぐ前をみて、ゆっくりマイペースで行こうと思います。では、みなさんの今年一年が良い年でありますように。

やどさんの書かれる内容は、少し自分に重なるところがあって、時々やどさんの言葉に、私は励まされます。
『損してでも人と会う機会をつくること．．．』、やどさんが励みにされているそのかたのお言葉は、人に会うことの苦手な私の心に沁み入ります。
