起業の楽しさとあきらめ
成長にはあきらめが伴う
最近、諏訪圏工業メッセ(http://www.suwamesse.jp/) に出展することになっていて、新しい試作品を出展するために昼も夜もなく、働いている。(そのために、ブログが遅れてしまい、関係者には迷惑かけてすいません。)
それ以外でも当然、通常の業務もあり、こちらも確実に行わなければならない。よって当然、新規技術の研究や調査(趣味？)、出展品制作などはそれ以外の時間で行わなければならなくなり、今日も楽しい・楽しい深夜残業！となるのでした。 人から見れば、直接お金にもならない(機材が必要なのでマイナス？)し、連日会社に泊まって体、大丈夫？とか言われてあきれられたりしているけど。
ただ、以前会社勤めの時、アマチュア趣味でやっていた時と違うことがある。趣味には納期がない。いくら好きなことでも期日までに仕上げて相手に渡すことは多少なりとも肉体的・精神的負担が伴う。また、時として組織的に分担作業する必要も生じる。
いままで、実質単独でやってきて、好きなことやって、お客に喜んでもらえて、第一線の研究者・技術者とお友達になったりできて、充実していると思う。純粋に恵まれた環境に感謝している。これからは業務を拡張して、もっと高度な製品を作って行く必要を痛切に感じている。企業化にともなってアマチュア野郎の気ままさはもっと削られて行くだろうけど。
