小口輸入のセミナーに行ってきました

こんにちは、上條放射線サービスの赤羽です。

２９日に長野で（財）対日貿易投資交流促進協会（ミプロ）主催の小口輸入セミナーがありました。

「輸入？そんなの簡単にできるのか？」にちょっと興味があったので、どんなもんだか話を聞きに行って来ました。

現在は国際クレジッカードの普及や輸送手段の発達により、「輸入」といっても通販感覚になっているようです。。。


「小口輸入」といっても、「個人輸入」とほとんど違いは無く、主な特徴としては、


　　◆輸入する数量・金額が小規模なもの

　　◆国際郵便小包、国際宅配便で輸送可能なロット

　　◆小口輸入は販売目的の業務輸入　　　　　　


との事です。

僕は個人輸入もやった事は無いのですが、個人輸入のちょっと大きなロット（まさに小口）でまとめ買いをして割り引きなった分が利益になるって事です。会場には小口輸入に対応している海外の業者のカタログが展示されていましたが、やはり多くは服飾関係の業者のものでした。


簡単に輸入できる業者の品を揃え、セレクトショップみたいに展開するのもいいかも知れませんが、やっぱり、日本で利益を出すのは独自にルートを開拓するのが必要でだそうです。


海外の場合は、業者が輸出できるかどうかも問題で、メール・ＦＡＸは３・４回出さないと返事が来なかったりという事はしばしばで、それでも諦めずアプローチし続ける事が大事というお話でした。


また、関税というのは、Ｔシャツでも飾りのあるものと無いもので関税率が違うというくらい細かいもので、事前に調べておかないと関税で利益が飛んでしまうので注意。（特に革靴は関税率が高いそうです）


それと、販売目的の輸入は、輸入・販売者が賠償責任の対象となるので、ＰＬ（製造物賠償責任）法への対応も必要との事でした。


ちょっと試しに個人輸入もされてはいかがでしょうか？

小口輸入、私も興味があり、少し前にいろいろ調べていました。
何を輸入したいかというと紅茶です。
私の妹は国際結婚で旦那さんはネパール人です。今はこちら(日本）に住んでいます。妹は子供が産まれて育児休暇中、私も今は家にいるし、何かできないだろうか、と思いついたのが紅茶の輸入です。妹の旦那さんも以前に売ってみたいと思ったことがあるそうで、乗り気でいます。
前回彼がネパールに帰国したときサンプルとして何種類か買ってきた紅茶、紅茶好きの友達に飲んでもらったら「まずい」の一言、ショックでした。確かに紅茶のこと何も知らない素人がいきなり輸入したとしても、味がわかる人に売れるわけがないですね・・。その後はおいしい紅茶とはどんなものだろう、といろんな紅茶を飲んでみています（いろんなお茶を飲んでいたら、中国茶のおいしさに感激し惹かれつつあります・・・）。中国茶はいいとして、ネパールティー、来月ネパールに帰るそうなので、新たに仕入れてくるかもしれません。そしたら皆さんにも飲んでいただいて感想をお聞きしたいです。加藤先生の講座でいろんなことを教わってきたので、それを活かしてＨＰ作って売ってみたいです。
赤羽さん、納得できる紅茶がみつかって輸入したいということになったらそのときはまたいろいろ教えてください。私ももっと調べたいとおもいます。

コメントありがとうございます。以前、信濃毎日新聞で、長野県の主婦の方が、紅茶を輸入して販売しているというサイトの紹介をしていました、ひょっとしたらご参考になるかも知れません。ＵＲＬは新聞社に問い合わせれば、教えてくれると思います。

「ネパールティー」は初めてお聞きしました。どんな味がするのでしょうか？新橋屋さんの飴に合えばバッチリですね。資料を色々貰って来たので、何かありましたらおっしゃって下さい。

赤羽さんよく覚えてらっしゃいましたね。私もその時記事を見てすぐに買ってみました。注文した翌日に届きびっくりしました。

この方は特にインドのダージリンティを中心にご自分で納得のいくものだけを輸入し売っているということです。
ネパールはインドと隣どうし、ネパールの一番のお茶の産地のイラムという地域はダージリンのすぐ横なのでネパールティー（イラムティー）はダージリンティーと似ています。生産量も多くないので高級感もあって好きな人は好きなようです。
赤羽さんのおっしゃるとおり、飴と一緒に売れるようになればいいですね。e-kochaのサイトではみすず飴を売っていました。

そうでした、僕もこの方の記事を読んだのだと思います。
飴が先でもお茶が先でも、どちらかがきっかけでどっちかを知ってもらえれば、相乗効果でいいですよね。やっぱり「お酒＋おつまみ」みたいな品揃えが必要だなと感じます。ブームになるにこしたことはないですが、本当に良いものであればブームでなくとも常に需要はあると思います。「どうしてもこれじゃなきゃダメ」って人もいますしね。
